1. What is Krome Studio?

Krome Studio connects customers with a global network of professional photo editors. Available online, on iOS and Android, customers can request enhancements and custom edits to create unique photo art. Photo projects start at $.99.

2. How do the free credits work?

To encourage you to try the Krome Photos service, we have provided you with an initial set of free credits. The free credits are like cash and they'll be automatically used up in your first order. You must have a valid credit card that can be verified in order to use the free credits. No charges will be made until your credits are used up and you approve the credit card transaction. Credits may be added to your account based on promotions or other reasons. The credits can be used in the App or on the website www.dashboard.kromephotos.com.

3. What are the options for editing my photo? How do I tell my editor what I want?

Choose "Retouched Products" in the Krome app for custom retouching. Your editor will make your photos look perfect. Simply choose the photo in the app, type in the changes you would like to see, and a professional photo editor will get to work!

If you do not want custom retouching for your photos, choose "Enhanced Products" in the Krome app. With Enhanced Products you do not need to specify changes, and your editor will focus on lighter touch-ups to make your photos look their best.

4. How do I access my photos and photo project status?

You can access your account details, photo projects and more via your account at www.dashboard.kromephotos.com. Use the login credentials you provided for your order.

5. How do I contact Krome Photos?

The [K] button at the lower left corner of most screens provides you a feedback form plus the Krome phone # and address. You can also send us an email at support@kromephotos.com or call 855 GET KROME.

6. Krome Photos Guarantee

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. We will gladly re-edit your photos for any projects that fail to meet your expectation. Please contact us at support@kromephotos.com or call 855 GET KROME for assistance.

7. How does Krome edit my photos?

When you upload your photo to Krome Photos, you will have the opportunity to let us know how you would like your photo to be edited. Then your personal editor will e-mail you within 24-48 hours to let you know that your photo is finished. At that point, you will can log in to your account to view the before/after versions of your photo.

8. What are the editing and pricing options?

Our photo projects range from $.99 - $8.99. We occasionally offer promotions and special discounts to provide additional savings to our loyal customers. Receive the most up-to-date offers and product news by signing up for our email list here.

9. How do I approve a photo?

Log in to your account and open the project folder for your order. Click the "View Photo" button to see the before and after versions of your photo. You can then approve your photo or request revisions if you would like to see further changes in your photo.

10. What happens after I upload my photo?

Your professional editor will receive the photo once you upload it and edit your photo for you. Within 24-48 hours, your editor will upload your edited photo and send you an e-mail with instructions on how to view the before/after on the Krome Dashboard.

11. Who sees my photo after I upload it?

When you upload your photos to Krome Photos, they will be enhanced and processed by your personal editor. Your photos are seen by the Krome Photos team, and nobody else!

Regardless of whether you upload snap-shots of family events or professional photo shoots, we respect your right to control the publication of your photos. Therefore your photos will never leave the Krome Photos system without your permission.

At Krome Photos, we only employ top-notch professional editors, and we are confident in their ability to make your photos look absolutely stunning.
